Как рассказал Цветков, сотрудники финансовых компаний отдают предпочтение загородным домам в Подмосковье стоимостью от 3 до 7 млн долларов.

В Киеве разрушили памятник архитектуры
Об этом сообщила заведующая отделом Научно-исследовательского института памятнико-охранных исследований Валерия Иевлева.
"Там целый ряд старых водопроводных сооружений, которые были памятниками архитектуры и техники. Сейчас их разрушили", - сказала Валерия Иевлева.
По ее словам, о том, кто причастен к разрушению памятников архитектуры, неизвестно. "Ведутся работы по разборке памятников архитектуры. Сейчас их обносят забором. Внутренность уже разрушена полностью. В интернете были сообщения о том, что эти участки были проданы. Лицо, которому они были проданы, не называлось. Сейчас на этих участках ведется активная подготовка к новому строительству", - отметила Валерия Иевлева.
Эти памятники находятся рядом с памятником Магдебургскому праву. В частности, слева от памятника находится разрушенная сейчас новая машинная станция, а рядом с ней – сооружение над водопроводным резервуаром. Справа от памятника Магдебургскому праву находится старая машинная станция, которая еще не разрушена.
Кроме того, Иевлева сообщила, что эти сооружения стоят на учете как памятники науки и техники с 2007 года. Между тем в течение последних лет их несколько раз поджигали. Одно из таких сооружений – так называемый деревянный дом Иванова, одного из основателей первого киевского водопровода – было сожжено в прошлом году, сказала она.
По словам Валерии Иевлевой, территория, где находятся памятники архитектуры, согласно Генеральному плану Киева определена как "зона охраняемого ландшафта "Киевские склоны". "Там вообще строить нельзя, ну а если там есть памятники, их, безусловно, нужно сохранять", - отметила Валерия Иевлева.
По ее словам, эти сооружения очень крепкие, и толщина стен в них около полутора метров. На вопрос, как разрушались эти памятники, Иевлева, которая была на месте памятников после их разрушения, сказала: "Ломиком, бульдозером, пригнали технику ночью, чтобы никто не видел. Мне позвонил один из коллег, сказал вчера вечером, что пригнали технику".
